The Topeka site has aligned our vision, strategies, and long term corporate responsibilities to reduce our impact to the environment. Using the 3 R’s, reduce, reuse, and recycle, our progress regarding these initiatives has shown great strides throughout our facility.

Topeka employees are transforming our facility to become “Green”. These practices have been so effective, our site employees continue these efforts in their personal lives, providing real examples of how it’s impacting our community. The site now has its vision set to move toward achieving TRUE-certified to the Platinum level.

“By 2025, we aim to achieve 100% TRUE certification for our global operations, including manufacturing sites, technology centers, strategic offices and owned warehouses,” says Ann Tracy, Chief Sustainability Officer. “With enthusiastic teams, collaborative partners and this comprehensive approach to waste reduction, we’re confident we can make it happen.”
